Privacy Policy and cookie policy

The policy on protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data is based on article 13 of the GDPR 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), of the Recommendation no. 2/2001 of the Working Group ex art. 29 and of the General Provision of the Privacy Guarantor regarding cookies of 8 May 2014, n. 229.

Purpose and processing data

This section contains information on how QOMBS manages and processes the personal data of www.qombs-project.eu users.

This information is provided only for the QOMBS website (www.qombs-project.eu) and not for other websites that may be reached by the user through links inside the wbsite.

Some pages may request personal data: we inform you that failure to provide data may make it impossible to achieve the purposes for which the usage is connected.

Acconding to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that the processing of personal data carried out through www.qombs-project.it concerns only the personal data acquired in relation to the achievement of the institutional purposes of the Qombs Project, or in any case related to the exercise of the tasks of interest public and to the exercise of public powers to which it is called, including the purposes of scientific research and analysis for statistical, educational and administrative purposes, according to art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. e) and, in particular, in order to provide and improve the web services offered.

Such personal data are treated in a lawful, correct and pertinent way, limited to what is necessary to achieve the purposes of the usage, only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in compliance with the principles indicated in art. 5 of the 2016/679 EU Regulation.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

Rights of the interested parties

The interested parties have the right to ask the data controller to access the personal data and to correct or cancel the data or limit the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing in accordance with the provisions of art. 15 and ss. of the 2016/679 EU Regulation.

The interested party has the right to present his / her application to the Data Controller. The requests must be addressed to: rdp@cnr.it.

The parties, having recourse to the conditions, are also entitled to submit a claim to the Guarantor as the supervisory authority.

According to Reg. 2016/679, the Data Controller is the CNR - National Research Council with registered office in Rome, Piazzale Aldo Moro 7, 00185 Rome, Italy.
