Alpes Lasers is a Swiss engineering company pioneering advanced light sources, especially Quantum Cascade Lasers (QCLs) used in various applications such as gas detection. Alpes Lasers was the first company in commercializing QCLs when it was founded, 20 years ago and the first company to commercialize QCL-based optical frequency combs in 2017.
